How AdamDeBest Corp acquired JB Sites

AdamDeBest has recently acquired JB Sites, as it is now a division of AdamDeBest Corp, just like all his other sites. Jackson Bronstein, the CEO of JB Sites (formerly JB Corp. until acquired,) says "It was very simple. He wanted to buy my site and I wanted to sell it to get the responsibility of running a site off my shoulders. And if DeBest was reading my mind (maybe he was,) he called me up and said 'Can I buy JB Sites' and I said 'Sure!' The conditions are that JB Sites will be deleted on January 1, 2025, and DeBest will add whatever he wants to his sites, but will only take what he wants, with no overlap with his current sites. Also, I will retire from all sites except DeBest News, when I leave for Africa on December 21, 2024." AdamDeBest thought this was a great deal, as Jackson was capable of great things, and it would be great to harness that for the AdamDeBest family of sites (particularly DeBest News). AdamDeBest said this was a great deal, "like buying diamonds for $200". AdamDeBest was hyped to start the merge, so they began by transferring JB News articles to DeBest News. Even though there were 108 articles on JB News, less than 15 were saved and transferred to DeBest News. To conclude, AdamDeBest Corp has acquired JB Sites, and AdamDeBest is very excited to begin the merge.
